Work Light or Flash Light Game Prop

  • It can be used for multi-platform/mobile games, third person games but It might be too low poly or low detailed for modern high end FPS.(you can upres it) Tri-count is at 1.8k
  • You have access to all raw files, exported files, textures and meshes.
  • Model is based on DeWalt's DCL023, with changes of course. I'm not sure of any legal implications If you use it for your game.
  • High poly is done in Substance Modeler 2025, the .smod file is included. You can play around with non destructive SDF modeling. Decimated high poly is included in the blend file.
  • Low poly is done in Blender 4.2.6 LTS
  • Textured in Substance Painter 8.3.1
  • The .spp file included have my own Material Variation Filter I'm working on to be release in the future, It's easy to understand what it does once you inspect it.
  • You can modify and rebake your changes, including removing the glass and reflector/light and baking it on a flat surface.
  • You can modify the textures, emissive, opacity for your game engine requirements.
  • Textured in linear color space but rendered in ACES, You can modify the color to fit your game's lighting, color or mood.

I had fun doing this project. It's my first time using Substance Modeler's SDF modeling for my high poly.
